Camouflage fabric sampling

             Many customers often face the issue of whether the fabric samples provided by the manufacturer meet their requirements when placing orders. Garment sampling comprises two crucial parts: 1. Sample production of fabrics and accessories, and 2. Design verification and production of garment patterns. Today, let's first discuss the customization of fabric and garment samples.

            Firstly, the manufacturer checks whether the composition, ratio, yarn count, and density of the greige fabric match the customer's requirements. We have extensive experience in customizing camouflage clothing production for various countries worldwide. For high-demand greige fabrics, we typically maintain a ready stock inventory.

           For instance, we have a ready stock inventory of over 100 varieties, including ripstop, T/C (polyester/cotton)fabric 65/35 with yarn count of 20*16, 102*58, 16*16, 98*55, CVC cloth, N/C(nylon/cotton)fabric, T/Rcloth, T/C (polyester/cotton) twill fabric, and more.

            For varieties with greige fabric inventory, we can proceed directly to the next step of printing and dyeing sampling during the sampling process, resulting in faster turnaround times and lower costs. However, for special fabrics requested by customers for which we do not have greige fabric inventory, we need to conduct greige fabric sampling first. The textile factory will prepare yarn based on the customer's composition ratio, adjust the machines, and then proceed with sampling. Greige fabric sampling typically takes around 20 days, with a starting price of approximately 2000CNY, including setup fees and greige fabric costs.

            After the greige fabric sampling is completed, we proceed to the next step, which is printing and dyeing sampling. If the customer requires solid-colored fabric, you only need to provide us with a color sample or a Pantone color number, and we can instruct the dyeing factory to produce accurate samples according to your requirements. The cost for solid-color printing and dyeing sampling is typically around 1000CNY, including setup fees and fabric costs, with a turnaround time of approximately 7 days.

            If you require camouflage fabric, we first need to verify the camouflage pattern you want to create. Each country has its own unique camouflage patterns, and our printing and dyeing company has a stock of over 300 camouflage pattern plates. If we have the pattern plate you need in stock, we can proceed directly to sampling. The cost is approximately 1500CNY, including setup fees and fabric costs, with a sampling time of around 10 days.

           If the camouflage pattern you want is relatively unique and we don't have it in our pattern inventory, we will need to create a new pattern. The cost for creating a camouflage pattern plate is 800CNY per color. For example, if your camouflage pattern consists of 4 colors, the pattern plate fee would be 3200CNY, with a pattern making time of approximately 4 days. After the pattern is created, we proceed to the next step of printing and dyeing sampling. Therefore, if the camouflage pattern you want is not in our pattern inventory, the total cost for printing and dyeing sampling (using a four-color camouflage as an example) starts at 4700CNY, excluding fabric costs, with a timeline of approximately 20 days.

            So, in general, we try to choose greige fabric and camouflage patterns from our inventory for sampling, as this reduces time and costs. Of course, we have a stock of over 100 varieties of camouflage fabric. If customers only need us to provide clothing as a reference, they can choose from our existing fabrics, saving both the cost and time of fabric sampling.
